1 Definitions

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) php898 account only. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. php898 uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, php898 will close all associated accounts, retain any bonus funds within those accounts, and void any winnings generated after the duplicate account was identified.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your php898 account, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine address, email address, and mobile number. 4.3 Account Security

5.2 Verification Timeline

php898 will endeavor to complete KYC review within 3 business days of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals will be held pending KYC completion. Players who fail to provide the requested documents within 30 calendar days of the initial request may have their account restricted or closed.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

8 Gameplay Rules

9 Prohibited Conduct

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the php898 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any php898 content without the prior written consent of php898.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

13 Limitation of Liability

14 Termination & Account Closure

14.1 Closure by Player

Upon receipt of a closure request, php898 will process any pending withdrawals of legitimate funds held in your wallet, subject to completed KYC verification. Account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations owed by either party prior to closure.

14.2 Closure by php898

php898 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where php898 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
